Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited (APGCL), a Public Sector Company registered under ‘Company Act, 1956’ formed out of restructured Assam State Electricity Board in 2003 and notified as the State Generation Utility (SGU), invites applications from the dynamic and experienced professionals in Law for filling up the post of the Assistant Manager (Law).
Name of post: Assistant Manager (Law)
No of posts: 1 [UR]
Pay: Pay Scale Rs. 37300- 112000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 14200/- and other allowances admissible as per company rules in force from time to time.
Age limit as on 01.08.2019: 21 to 44 years. The upper age limit is relaxed up to 47 (Forty Seven) years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 49 (Forty nine) years for SC/ST candidates and 45 (Forty Five) years for Departmental candidates.
Educational Qualification: Candidate must possess a Graduate degree in Law from an university/institute recognized by the Bar Council of India.
Experience: Must be a qualified legal practitioner with minimum 1 (one) year of relevant experience in the field of legal practice.
Application Fee (Non Refundable): The candidate should pay the application fee of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five hundred) only for General/OBC/MOBC categories and Rs.250/-(Rupees Two hundred & fifty) only for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribe categories. Payable by Demand Draft to be pledged in favour of Deputy General Manager (F&A), Assam Power Generation Corporation Limited, Bijulee Bhawan, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati – 781001.
