Purabi Dairy is the brand name for milk and dairy products manufactured by West Assam Milk Producers' Co-operative Union Ltd. (WAMUL). It is the apex co-operative body in Assam and one of the largest and most active dairy units in entire North East India. WAMUL that has created a symbiotic relationship between milk producers and the consumers is seeking to hire bright dynamic professionals to strengthen & expand its operation.
WAMUL requires services of professionals for the following positions:
1. Area Coordinator
No of posts: 03
Educational Qualification: MVSc from a recognized institute/University.
Experience: 3 years post graduate experience having MVSc. Preference will be given to candidates having working exposure of minimum 3 years in projects relating to Cattle breeding and also exposure to the Dairy Industry.
Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi
Age: Age of the candidate should not be above 45 years as on 1st January, 2019. However, Age relaxation upto 5 years may be given in case of extraordinary /Outstanding candidates.
Pay: The consolidated remuneration of the Area Coordinator will be approximately Rs. 5.4 lakhs per year depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.
2. Veterinary Executive
No of posts: 13
Educational Qualification: BVSc /MVSc from a recognized Institute/University.
Experience: BVSc candidate must have minimum 2 (Two) years experience in large animal veterinary practice/ MVSc candidate in Non- Clinical subjects must have minimum 1(one) year experience in large animal veterinary practice / Fresher MVSc candidates in Clinical subjects preferably Animal Gynaecology and Obstetrics are also eligible to apply for the post of Veterinary Executive.
Computer Skills: Must have experience of using Internet based applications, using and working with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications.
Language: Fluency in Assamese, English and Hindi
Age: Should not be more than 35 years.
Pay: The consolidated remuneration of the Veterinary Executive will be approximately Rs. 4.8 lakhs per year depending upon experience, qualification and pay package of last assignment.
